Before your first class

With a trial. Four mat classes are RM99 and four reformer classes are RM179, which is the least expensive way to find out whether a style suits you before committing to a package. If you are unsure which to try, message us and we will point you to a class.

A mat drop-in is RM50 and a reformer drop-in is RM60. If you already know you want to keep going, the class packages work out lower per class: ten mat classes are RM300, and fifteen reformer classes are RM690.

Mat classes use your own body weight on the floor. Reformer is pilates on a sprung carriage, so the resistance can be set to you, which is why people recovering from injury or starting from scratch often find it easier to control.

Yes. A single private yoga or reformer class is RM200. Five private reformer classes are RM900 and ten private yoga classes are RM1,800. If you would rather come with someone, the duet reformer packages are priced for two people: four classes at RM1,180 and eight at RM2,240.

Yes. We run one to one prenatal and postnatal classes in both yoga and reformer, each RM230 a class. Tell us which trimester you are in, or how your birth went, when you book so the class can be set up for you.

Some of them. The fifteen class reformer package, both duet reformer packages and the five class sound healing package are shareable. The rest are for one person.

Each package has its own validity, running from a month up to six months, and it starts from your first booking rather than the day you buy. The current validity is shown on each package when you book.

A private session using sound rather than movement. One class is RM250, or five for RM1,150.

We are at Residensi Lakeville on Jalan Sibu in Taman Wahyu, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. That puts us within a short drive of Kepong, Selayang, Batu Caves and Jalan Ipoh.
