Vinyasa
Breath led flow, moving from one posture to the next, building strength and heat through the class.
Classes at Hae
Two different pieces of the same practice. Vinyasa moves continuously with the breath and builds heat. Hatha holds postures for longer, with attention on breath and steadiness.

What it is
Breath led flow, moving from one posture to the next, building strength and heat through the class.
Slower and held. Postures are maintained for longer, with more attention on alignment and breath.
Accessible sessions focused on flexibility and mobility rather than intensity.
Instructors offer variations throughout, so the same class works whether it is your first or your hundredth.
Who it suits
Start with Hatha if you want time in each posture, or Vinyasa if you would rather keep moving.
Vinyasa builds real strength, particularly through the shoulders and core.
Hatha suits anyone whose week is already fast enough.

Questions
Vinyasa flows continuously with the breath and builds heat. Hatha holds postures for longer at a slower pace. Both are open to beginners.
Yes. Instructors give variations for every posture, and flexibility develops with practice rather than being needed first.
Mats are available at the studio. Bring your own if you prefer.
That depends on the cause. Tell us what is going on when you book and we will suggest which class suits, or whether a private session would be better first.
